We can sometimes find ourselves disconnected in our relationship and cycling through destructive interactions wreaking havoc on the potential the partnership may have. Therefore, we assist couples in regaining connection and establishing shared meaning leading to more consistent positive interactions and fulfillment of the true nature of their loving relationship. We utilize knowledge and techniques from the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy and are trauma-informed to assist couples in also moving through experiences of trauma, loss, or substance abuse that may be present in the relationship. We are LBGTQ+ affirmative and welcome all partnerships working toward a loving relationship.
